Refunds & Returns

  • NON-CUSTOM & NON-PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Non-personalized items are eligible for refunds or exchanges within a 5 day time frame IF there is a defect with the item upon delivery or if there was any error in creation by Lulu Karie Creative. Any item damaged AFTER delivery can not be refunded or exchanged.

 

  • PRODUCT GUARANTEE

All products are guaranteed to be clear of DEFECTS or DAMAGE caused by the manufacturing or customization process. Should you notice your product has a manufacturing or customization defect within 30 days of receiving the item you may request a refund or exchange.


Normal wear and tear does not constitute a defect of the manufacturing/customization process. Damage from stepping, dropping, misuse, incorrect cleaning, etc. are not guaranteed and will not be refunded or exchanged.

Please note all items are handmade and may have slight imperfections on them. Those are not defects in the manufacturing or customization process.

 

  • WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If your item is damaged from shipping, you must notify me within 5 business days from the date of delivery and I will be happy to resolve any issues. I will need pictures of BOTH the shipping box as well as pictures of the damaged product via email at shoplulukarie@gmail.com . Customer will not be responsible for return shipping on any damaged items.

  • CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS
 
Personalized and custom items (i.e. initials, names, specific designs, customized orders, etc.) are made by request and, therefore, are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. You are responsible to check and double check the spelling and approve all aspects of your custom order before your order is placed.

Due to being handmade, no two items are exactly the same, therefore an item may differ slightly from the listing photos.

Lulu Karie Creative reserves the right to photograph all items we create. We may use these photos at our discretion for advertising or as samples within our listings.

  • HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

 

Current Production for all custom orders is 7-12 business days (M-F) prior to shipping.

Items are packaged and shipped via UPS or USPS. Tracking will be provided once your package is shipped. Your items should arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your zip code and any possible carrier delays. Expedited delivery is available upon request at an additional cost.

All items will ship to the address on file. Please make sure your address is current and up to date as Lulu Karie Creative will not be able to ship to a different address.

Please note, production & shipping times exclude all weekends and holidays.

 

  • HOW ARE REFUNDS / EXCHANGES PROCESSED?

Refunds and Exchanges will not be processed until the product has been returned to the seller. Once I have the product back I will process the refund/exchange.

Please note, I will not accept any forced returns/exchanges. A forced refund/exchange is one that was not approved by me prior to the item being returned. You must contact me via email at shoplulukarie@gmail.com prior to returning the product for a refund or exchange and it must be approved.
